Business Analyst ECM/GED (M/F)


We are looking for a senior BA, with ECM/GED experience.

The role holder provides business consultancy to our client base, they will work as part of a team working on innovative projects, and you will be responsible for:


Key responsibilities

  • Analysis and modelling business processes
  • Drafting of detailed functional specifications
  • Organization of tests and business acceptance
  • General coordination between the different actors of the project
  • Participation in process optimization and methods concerning project management, quality assurance and analysis
  • Writing user manual, handling data migration to enhance our team working out of our offices in Luxembourg


Your mission

  • Support our customers in their change management process, by coordinating organizational and technical change
  • Consultancy in the domain of enterprise architectures
  • Provide guidance while changing to a process-based organization (BPM)
  • Coordinate communication between business departments and technical specialists
  • Responsible for the document management



  • University degree in computer science or economics, with at least 5 years’ experience on a similar role, or strong proven experience
  • Proven experience in GED and ECM domains in your last assignments
  • Specific experience in analyzing business processes and procedures, business process re-engineering, drafting of project documentation and project management (especially in an IT context)
  • Proven existence of technical skills and competences, at least software development and testing
  • Knowledge of IBM Cloud Pak for Business automation (Filenet, Case Manager, Business Automation Workflow), will be a strong asset, (we can provide specific training if needed)
  • Good analytical capacities, willingness to acquire new skills and flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical and business discussions
  • The ability to work autonomously, with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in French and a good knowledge of Business English. Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a strong asset
