The first pillar of BOOST is the importance attached to continuous training. In this program, Fujitsu is adopting a 'lean learning' approach, which aims to improve the efficiency of learning processes by focusing on practices that bring real added value to employees. Daniel Meyer explains: "We foster continuous improvement by offering relevant and effective training (timing is key) to constantly develop our employees' skills. Thanks to these initiatives, we are creating an environment where everyone can achieve their best level of performance while benefiting from supportive and collaborative working conditions".

Daniel Meyer explains: "We have created an internal mobile application to facilitate direct communication with our teams, strengthen their sense of belonging, and enable interactive integration with our activities and values, even for employees working at our customers' sites".
