As the Technical Platform Lead, I led a project involving both infrastructure upgrade and application rewrite for a client's transition from .NET 1.0 to .NET 4.0, while ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, we devised an innovative co-existence strategy, ensuring seamless integration without transitional code. This experience greatly refined my leadership skills, shaping my contributions at Fujitsu for positive client outcomes.

At Fujitsu, my greatest professional challenge has been the constant need to adapt and learn new platforms and applications for each new project. Whether it's Power BI, IBM Watson, UiPath, or client applications, each of them involves understanding unique functionalities, adapting to different teams, and navigating new technical setups.

While initially challenging, this constant adaptation has shaped my career at Fujitsu by improving my learning agility, allowing me to adapt to diverse project environments and team dynamics, and becoming more versatile and valuable within the company.

My greatest challenge, and my greatest pride, was to create a brand new department within Fujitsu when I arrived: the Experience Studio. I had to develop a new service offering, promote it to our customers and set up a dedicated team.

Beyond the technical skills and expertise, I was keen to build a team that was empathetic and listened to both customers and employees. With this solid human base, we are now able to deliver innovative technical projects.
