Fujitsu Luxembourg evolves and changes its management

Image
Over the last few decades, Fujitsu Luxembourg has written a story of success and exceptional growth under the leadership of Marc Payal. With over 225 employees in Luxembourg, the company has established itself as one of the most influential companies in our digital ecosystem. Buoyed by this fine heritage, Cédric Jadoul is preparing to take on the new role of Country Leader, with effect from 1 October. It's a carefully thought-out change, which sounds like a new promise for Fujitsu...

After 23 years of dedicated service to Fujitsu Luxembourg, including 12 years as Managing Director, Marc Payal is stepping down, leaving behind an impressive legacy that has guided the company to new heights of success and innovation. His vision, leadership and passion have helped to make Fujitsu Luxembourg a major player in the field of technology and digital transformation.

Having worked alongside Marc for more than 18 years as Deputy Director, Cédric Jadoul now takes the reins of the company with humility. His commitment to excellence, innovation, human values and sustainability forms the basis of his vision for the future of Fujitsu Luxembourg.

Past, present, and above all, the future.

As the representative of Fujitsu's new strategy, Cédric Jadoul sees technology and innovation as indispensable pillars to meet the evolving market demands.

Long-term, he aims to strengthen Fujitsu's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The company aspires to become a leader in green and social initiatives in Luxembourg, all while maintaining its status as a responsible actor.

As we turn the page, we look to the future with optimism and confidence. New opportunities are on the horizon, and Fujitsu Luxembourg is ready to seize them with a fresh ambition, while upholding the same commitment and dedication to excellence that have defined its reputation.
